Florence: Thanks Suby !
Florence, the effect which you have used in the treatment of this image causes that the real sense of the same one is lost completely. He is very interesting. I, first which I have seen when watching this photo they have been bookcases filled with flowerpots of flowers. ! smile
Florence: This is a nice building, the original picture was not good at all, over exposed, so I've decide to turn it to negative and I'm very satisfied with the result.
excellent negative effect again...
Florence: Thank you !
sommes nous dans un autre monde ?
Florence: C'est une très belle architecture et originale... ça change des immeubles hausmanniens... smile

It looks as if every balcony has got exactly the same sort of plant on it.

Did you use an infra red filter to take this picture?
Florence: Yes Ellie, it was the same plant and the same pot... used as ornament and well integrated into this quite dull building...
No, no infra-red, just a negative effect. Thanks Ellie for your com and question.
Ciest une magnifique idée ce traitement en négatif, cette piste est à explorer dans tous les sens - Très bonne photo !
Florence: Merci Xavier.

Florence: Thank you Nicola.
