What an eye !!! I love the contrast with the crocodile in B&W and it's eye in colour ... And all these details !!! Well done.

"Never smile at a crocodile
No, you can't get friendly with a crocodile
Don't be taken in by his welcome grin
He's imagining how well you'd fit within his skin"
Florence: Appropriate words for this image ! Many thanks Kathryn ! smile

I am generally not a fan of selective color, but here it is perfect!
Florence: Thanks a lot Martin (I'm lucky then !) smile
Love this, Florence! It looks marvellous in black and white with just that perfect piece of selective colouring. (:o)

This gave me a real shock when it opened up! look at those teeth! I think the b/w with the yellow eyes is a good idea - makes him look even creepier.

Probably the best selective colouring I have ever seen - really like the tight crop too. Super photograph.
Il faut reconnaitre que cela change des mésanges ...
C'est une autre façon de voir l'animal.

I think this is an absolutely superb picture, and I've added it to my 'likeys'

The detail, and the selective colouring work so well and I adore the choice of crop
