I like this a lot! The colors are so simple and the patterns so complex! I think I might have bumped up the contrast a notch or two and straightened the horizontals.
Oh, c'est très bien fait ça... Bien joué Florence !

If you did selective coloring on this, Florence, you did a LOT of work. So bravo! This is wonderful. I love it. In fact, it's going to my Likeys. smile
Florence: You're right Ginnie, I did it but I automatically select the orange spots to saturate their colour. Same effect, less work !! smile
Many thanks for the comment Ginnie, I do appreciate ! smilesmilesmile

the image has a very "Escher" quality, great idea to isolate these details, great shot. mal
Florence: Mal, thanks !! I love his artworks !! What a comparison... I'm delighted. Many, many thanks ! smile

This is so cool Florence! What a great idea and unquestioningly Paris! Where were you when you took this?
Florence: I think I was up at the big store the "Galeries Lafayette"...

I thought the same as Ginnie and Mal, that you'd done something to enhance the colour, or desaturate the brick and slate. It's a good picture Florence, one that I think you should be proud of.

(scurries off to look up Escher ...)

Well seen Florence. I like the repeating shapes and the monotony of the background colour. I like the variety of shapes and verticals. I like that something ordinary and everday has been turned into a subject of interest and attraction. Thanks.
Florence: Great ! Thanks Ron for this nice comment.
C'est magnifique - Bravo !!
Florence: Merci à toi.
